Birchhwood Partition

McKay Consulting was brought into this infill project by contractor.  The developer wished to partition the property into two lots allowing for the construction of a new home.  McKay Consulting prepared and processed a planning application to approval through the City of Hillsboro. 

McKay Consulting completed the design survey, prepared a partition plat and processed it to recording, prepared a plot plan for use in obtaining the building permit, a storm water management plan and coordinated the storm water maintenance agreement required by Clean Water Services.
