Coral Avenue Personal Care Facility

Mr. McKay provided civil engineering and surveying on this Personal Care facility in Salem, Oregon.  The project began when the owner asked for a design survey and continued with civil engineering to help the project obtain planning department approval and construction permits.  When approval of construction permits, McKay Consulting on the project be providing construction staking services.
