DeLozier Residence

McKay Consulting worked with this homebuilder to build his  personal home.  This is a rural Washington County 6.5 acre site northwest of Sherwood, Oregon.  The zoning is Agricultural-Forest 20 acres (AF-20).  The house was vested under a Measure 49 claim.

McKay Consulting prepared the Type II application for a Measure 49 home site approval, submitted the application and processed it to approval.  Per county requirements,  potential impacts to the surrounding agricultural and forest uses were identified and the proposed home location was selected to minimize those impacts.

In addition McKay Consulting completed a design survey (boundary and topographic), prepared a site/grading plan meeting fire department standards for turn around and provided construction staking for house layout.
