Green Grove Co-Housing

McKay Consulting, LLC was brought onto this project by the civil engineer.  Green Grove Co-Housing is a single family home condominium project on the north side of the City of Forest Grove, Oregon.  The project was designed to fit closely to the natural contours of the ground, included a rainwater harvesting system and retained the original farm house for a community common building.  Infrastructure improvements included a looped driveway, onsite domestic water, an offsite water main, septic system, storm water and franchise utilities to support nine new homes.  McKay Consulting provided a design survey (boundary and topographic), construction staking, condominium plats and right-of-way dedication documents.

McKay Consulting worked closely with the project team including the owners, civil engineer, contractor, home designers and the attorney.
