Huffman Residence

McKay Consulting assisted the property owner to build this home in rural Washington County.  With the topographic survey completed by McKay Consulting the project architect developed an initial site plan.  We worked with the owner and architect to refine the site plan to meet fire department standards for access and turn around.  McKay Consulting prepared civil construction plans used to obtain a county grading permit.  Construction staking services were also provided including staking the building foundation and the limits of an access easement.
