Kurowski House

This project modified an existing house.  Access barriers were removed allowing the aging owners to  stay in the house.   The architect brought McKay Consulting into this project to complete a boundary / topographic survey and grading plan.

The garage was dropped to flatten the driveway, an elevator was added in the garage to provide access to the main house and paths were added that allowed wheel chair access to the mailbox. 

Corner markers were placed at un-monumented property corners and a record of survey was filed with the county surveyor.
