Lombard Dairy Queen

The project goal was to expand the building to convert an outdoor seating area into indoor seating.  City code required the property be brought up to code for landscaping and water quality.  McKay Consulting was brought into the project team to provide a design survey, construction documents for grading & storm water quality and construction staking.
