Pacific University Outdoor Classroom

McKay Consulting was brought to this fun project by the general contractor.  Pacific University is a leader is early childhood education that understands education value of both indoor and outdoor activities.  The purpose of this project was to expand the opportunity for the college to teach these ideas to our future teachers.

McKay Consulting staff attended regular team meetings to refine the initial site plan prepared by the department staff.  After the initial team meeting, we brought in a landscape architect with experience on similar projects to the team to offer additional design element ideas.

McKay Consulting completed a topographic survey of the project site, prepared a grading and site plan.
