Ride-On-Ranch Horse Arena

The property owner reached out to the project architect for assistance in building a horse stable on this property.  McKay Consulting was brought into the project to complete the design survey (boundary and topographic) for use in the site planning and continued working to address the county's concerns about increased storm water runoff caused by the new roof and parking area.  McKay Consulting helped coordinate a drainage easement directly with a neighbor to discharge storm water across their property to a nearby creek minimizing potential downstream impacts.  McKay consulting also prepared a grading plan for use in obtaining a grading permit from Washington County.
