Spring Garden Partition

McKay Consulting worked with the real estate agent on this two parcel partition plat in Forest Grove, Oregon.  To meet minimum lot size requirements a lot line adjustment was completed between a third parcel.

McKay Consulting completed a design survey (Boundary and Topographic), prepared the partition plat and prepared a plot plan used to obtain building permits.
