McKay Consulting assisted the homeowner and contractor in obtaining a grading permit for this Washington County replacement dwelling project.  McKay Consulting prepared grading plans for the project meeting Washington County and fire department standards. In additional we completed a qualitative drainage study to show the construction of the house would not cause a significant increase in runoff or have negative impacts on downstream properties.
