McKay Consulting worked with a property owner on a property line adjustment to reconfigure three lots to allow construction of two new homes in more desirable locations.  We worked with a local planner to prepare an application showing compliance with a State of Oregon Measure 49 approval and county requirements.

Following approval of the property line adjustment, McKay Consulting continued on the project by assisting a purchaser in obtaining a grading permit from Washington County and provided construction staking.
