Visitation School

The Visitation School Replacement project made significant changes to the Visitation School campus.  The existing school building had long ago been outgrown by the school and was aging.  The project included the removal of the existing school building and several portable classrooms, construction a new building with room for school growth.  Along with the new building the campus will have expanded parking and a bus drop off area.

McKay Consulting began giving input on this project early with the selection of the of the new building location.  The final selected building location was largely decided on the ability to connect to existing storm water facilities for runoff disposal.

Particular attention was given to project staging so the school could be open during construction.  The school also plans to replace the aging gym.  Knowing this utilities was designed for future use by a new gym. 

Services provided by McKay Consulting was the design survey, civil engineering and construction staking.
